Yoga's main focus is connecting with your body and listening to your own wisdom and inner knowing. We integrate mind, body, breath, postures, spirit, and a dash of self-love to create a blissful harmony within.

 

With each posture (Asana), I invite you to be your true, authentic guide, embracing your body’s sacred uniqueness and honoring its individual needs and desires. Bring your own individuality to your mat.

 

While I will be guiding the class, you have complete freedom to follow what feels good and right for you. I celebrate individuality, so lovingly be yourself and follow what your body wants and desires.

The word "Yoga" means union—to become one with yourself. I invite you to become fully yourself during these sessions and honor your unique expression in each posture.

Here, you’re invited to slow down, listen — not just to your body but to the whisper of your inner truth. We’ll merge movement with mindfulness, postures with purpose, breath with being. You’ll feel deeply seen, heard, and supported.

I absolutely love Naz’s yoga classes and her style of teaching! I've attended many yoga classes all over the world - but there is something so special about her energy that makes me want to come back again and again. Each class I am able to connect with my body on a deeper level, thanks to Naz’s powerful ability to hold space for all of us and her gentle guidance.
